[Resolved] HDFC Bank — cheque didn't get clear

I have been facing this problem again and again.
I have deposited a cheque on 8th of nov. 2017 in sector 78, noida branch.
Its still didn’t get clear.
I have a receiveable with me.
I had made sure that it shall be clear before weekend but it didn’t.
Irs happening every now and then.
Its really difficult to sustain with this bank anymore.
My account is with the name - shubhra and cheque no. - 002523.
I don’t know why it always get delay and i am finding it bit difficult to reach customer care or any support office since its second saturday and i need my fund on urgent basis.

Updated by Shubhra Awasthi I have been facing this problem again and again.
I have deposited a cheque on 8th of nov. 2017 in sector 78, noida branch.
Its still didn’t get clear.
I have a receiveable with me.
I had made sure that it shall be clear before weekend but it didn’t.
Irs happening every now and then.
Its really difficult to sustain with this bank anymore.
I had made sure to deposit it before weekend so that i can get my funds but no updation nothing i am receiving on my cheque’ s status till.
Its a pain to trust this service anymore for convinience.
Its happening for the 4th time in a row
