[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Cheque issue

This is to inform you that i am using credit card of your company more than one year and this is the first time i am facing a problem due to your company employes i. E i issued one cheque against credit card on 23.03.17 and it has been debited from my current account on 29.03.17 to some nishta industries and the credit card department gave the false statetment that we returned the same cheque to me on my address but did not get it. If they courier the cheque then how it would be debited from my account. Then i visited your branch which is situated at gill road ludhiana and met mr. Rohit (Personal banker) and he said to me that he will give the revert shortly regarding the same till then you will get the scan copy of your cheque from obc branch that i dont have any record of your cheque with me.
I am attaching the photo of cheque as well the balance sheet of the same account. And i hope that you will sort out my problem as soon as possible.

I am Hardeep and i have a account in subhash chowk branch sonipat. The bank is closed at 3:30 everyday whats is this. All the banks are closed at 4:00 pm. So why this bank is closed at 3:30. I want the answer please
