[Resolved] HDFC Bank — cibil score - amt written off for my credit card even if the payment was made and account settled

Hi As per my cibil report, there is written off amount against my hdfc credit card. Complete settlement was done against the account by me and i was said that accounts are closed, however my cibil still reflects written off and payment due till date. Ideally cibil status should have been "nil" against the card. I also hold hdfc bank account more than 10 years.
