This is with reference to our current bank account under name of smartway energy networking pvt. Ltd. With hdfc's andheri west branch. Over months; the bank does not respond to customer requests leading to business losses.in this case; despite repeated reminders and follow up calls; the bank simply refuses to acknowledge client needs and despite written commitments; continually harrases the client. We requested activation of netbanking weeks ago and for some reason or the other; bank refuses to comply and respond to our requests.
