Branch executives are saying that your account linked with credit card, but credit card dept. Ignoring this matter. Provide any solution

I have transferred Rs. 6000/- from my ICICI bank to Payzapp app on 10/10/2017 . Amount was deductd but not added to Payzapp wallet. It shows your app has error and it closed and my balance was not added to account.
Please resolve this Query.
