[Resolved] HDFC Bank — closed my hdfc account on 7th oct, still getting message of low account balance charge receipt attached

Hi,
i submitted closer form on 7th OCT, account no [protected] following name Amit kumar gupta branch Anwar shah lane Kolkata .
they targeted 7 day timeline for account closer, today is 23rd NOV, and still i am getting message like "you have charged 600 for not maintaining minimum balance ". this is really sounds bad.
please do in my favor
