I have saving account no.[protected] in hdfc bank Gem stone branch, Kolhapur since more than 10 years. Due to my personal reason I want's to close my account. I have applied for closing the account 6 months ago. But still it is not closed and messaging me regularly that my acc balance is - so and so.. Why? There is no any dues or any other liabilities or any other reason shown.
