[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — closure of credit card account

Dear sir/ madam,

I have many times mail to you to close my credit card, but no any such reply regarding this matter till date. Please look in this matter on priority basis. If no reply regarding this matter with in 2 days then i will mail to your top management. Please clear this issue asap.

As per my knowledge, our outstanding balance is nil. Please close of account asap. I have already sent credit card on your chennai address. Your credit card service is very poor. If i have not pay outstanding balance in other credit card company then credit card company penalty waive off with valid reason. But your company customer executive is lie. He says that i[censored] are minimum amount paid, your late fee & financial charges will be waive off/reversal.

I hope that i never to be suggest to any person to apply hdfc credit card. This is my big mistake that i have apply hdfc credit card. My total loss of this card is approx rs. 10, 000 (See below). This is big amount of a middle class family member.

In future, i will never apply hdfc credit card and never to suggest anybody to apply hdfc credit card.

If your can any help to me for reversal of my late fee and financial charges. I want to personally thanks, because 10, 000 is a big amount for me.

I want to humble request to you that final settlement of my account asap.

It is to inform you that i had requested for reversal of late payment charges to your representative. But every time your representative would promise me that the same would be reversed in your next bill, every time would be fulfilled by your agent/representative. Due to this, such late fee increased to rs. 9643.49 (Given below) which leads to creation o[censored]nnecessary liability on me.
