[Resolved] HDFC Bank — collection executive using bad words

Myself holding a personal loan with hdfc bank (Loan no.3515432). I already informed to bank that i can able pay only next month. But executive come to my home using some bad words. Creates lot of problems to me. Whether it's legally right or not. How can i proceed with the me. That executive name is karunanethi. I need the support how to handle the issue
