Hi, i would like to complain again regarding collection practices that i am facing with hdfc, i have been useing hdfc credit card since more then 3 years now, i always paid my bills on time in the month of September and October due to family medical conditions i missed my payment then started getting calls, calls from many different mobiles numbers unrecorded calls using many in appropriate language ( unprofessional words) harassing me to pay so i raised complain about it but it still continued till December then i received call from hdfc bank explain them my issue it stop for a while i specifically requested and never in any circumstances send any one to my house i was assured it will not happen again so i started paying i paid in the month of January and February little amount but this month an agent name - Gagan deep singh came to my house saying with loud voices why have you not pick my calls i told him i was sleeping and when i sleep i keep my phone in silent or may be i was at work i also inform him don't want calls from mobile numbers he started yelling at me you have not paid it i told him i was waiting for my salary, he again started yelling at me saying why i did not pick his call and talking to my neighbours about me not paying i told him i work at night so i sleep during day hours, i told him i already requested not to send any agent to my house he said he will keep coming till i don't pay, i really did not like this inappropriate why of collection practices. i will don't want to deal with any 3 party collection agencies please request HDFC bank to call me and not any 3party collection agencies then only i will start paying i know this is affecting my civil score but i am ok i dont care any more now but i don't this kind of harassment...if i get a call from bank i will talk and pay i want to start paying what i owe there where other issue with hdfc bank regarding not getting statement earlier that was also one reason i missed my payment...i requested hdfc bank to take action about this inappropriate collection practises ..thanking you Was this information helpful? |
