HDFC Bank — company asking the employees to be workaholic

Hi,.
We all know that we are facing very difficult situation due to lock down.. But all the hdfc bank are asking the employees to be workaholic at this lockdown situations...in fact they are concerning about only the business and not the humanity... Employees going to office at this lockdown period itself a very big challenges. The company had been forcing the employees in an in human way. At this time asking all the employees to do more number of targets like fd and rd which is totally unacceptable... People are not machines... Humanity is first and then comes next.. So it would be better if the bank not force the employees to be workaholic and the targets shouldn't be considered as an vital one at this lockdown period.. Hope u will also understand the humanity level since you are a human.. Jai hind.
