[Resolved] HDFC Bank — complaint against hdfc bank regarding their gift card

I had been gifted a hdfc giftplus card having 5000/-, but due to my preoccupation with other things i could not use it, the card expired i have been trying to renew it, but the bank official told me that since the card has expired so it stands cancelled and my money would be forfeited.
How can hdfc forfeit my money, that which is rightfully mine. This is the worst bank and this card is a scam!

My account number is[protected] and i transfer 5000 amount form my credit card to payzapp wallet and it is done but while i am try to this amount in my bank account then its showing payment status is failed now i didn't received amount and all the supporting number of payzapp is switch off so please help me out to get back my money..
