[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Complaint against hdfc one time membership fee deduction

Hi, Today I received a message from Hdfc stating ( Dear Cardmember, OneAssist membership fee has been debited on your card ending 2139. Membership will be processed and Welcome kit dispatched shortly.) even though I did not subscribe One Assist but HDFC Bank debit the amount without given any message or any notification. Please I request Hdfc people to not such fraud activities and requesting to Unsubscribe from my account and refund the same as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)
