I am a Customer of HDFC Bank, and Bearing a Loan of a car, I want to Complaint a guy whose name is "Kiran" I Received a Call from HDFC bank from +[protected], He was so unprofessional and rude, the way of talking was like I was talking to an uneducated person from a bank on which i used to trust. I agree that there has a been a delay of loan emi by one month for which i am paying regularly from past 2.5 years. But this is not the way to harass a customer even after me giving a commitment of the payment date. HDFC Bank should train your employees first, I request you to Pull Up that Call Recording from Records and Listen that Properly. Otherwise I am Gonna Escalate this Issue to Consumer Court.
