[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — Complaint against not refunding

I made the following complain to- consumercomplaints.in on 29 Apr 2016

"Respected Sir,
I had applied for home loan in HDFC bank on dated 18-03-16 with the submission of all necessary documents required by HDFC loan agent Mr Vikram Singh but it could not be processed by HDFC bank in time so I requested HDFC bank to return my fee and documents on[protected] but till now no action is taken .

The reply of this complain was-

"Dear Customer,

We would like to share with you that HDFC Bank, under an arrangement, sources home loans for HDFC Ltd. The loans are then sanctioned and disbursed by HDFC Ltd. You are henceforth requested to write to [protected]@hdfc.com for resolution of your query/complaint.

I requested at - [protected]@hdfc.com on 6 May 2016-
"Respected Sir,

I was asked file numbers by [protected]@hdfc.com on 13 May 2016-
"Please provide your file number so that your concern can be attended to.

I provided file numbers on 21 may 2016.-
"file numbers are[protected] and[protected]"

And till now my refund is not made so please take legal action.
