I want to raise a complaint against Girish Kulkarni contact no [protected].
I received a call from this fellow regarding hdfc Sanchay policy... He called me in morning hours, I asked him to call me after 5pm so that I can get whereabouts of policy. He explained me and consumed more than 30 minutes of mine.I told him I will discuss with family and let him know. He said there is a special offer if I register the policy immediately. I refused to it, he convinced me that he would call back next day to know my decision.. next day he called Nd refused to continue with policy as of now. He started irritating me saying that Mam this is life time policy Nd all. I just said no I don't want policy as of now. He kept convincing me ., Yet I was very patient Nd refused for policy. He than started giving bad words Nd disconnected the call...
This is really worst that hdfc is hiring such arrogant persons.. I already own hdfc term insurance plan Nd mediclaim policy yet a stupid fellow calling up Nd ending a call with bad words is too disturbing... Does HDFC doesn't need customers.. is this the way to behave with public is some one is not accepting policies... I thoroughly want company should take strict action against such useless people .
