[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — Complaint against Vizza insurance services Pvt ltd

Here iam writing this complaint against my life insurance policy.

From November 2016 onwards your colleagues(Mr. Subramanyam, Ms. Nisha and their team)([protected], [protected], [protected]) I received calls for life insurance and they promised me that amount will be credited from my credit card on monthly EMI basis, based on their confirmation, I submitted my documents on December’2016 and requested them to process and in the same month(14th Dec’16) amount got debited from my credit card(Rs.25, 000/-)(HDFC LIFE CLASSICASSURE PLUS POLICY NO[protected] when I check with them about the same and enquired about Monthly EMI, they said that since monthly statement generated before debiting money they can sort out this issue on before 14th Jan’17. After that I dint receive any calls or updates from them in this regard, when I called them on 13th Jan’17 to check about EMI status they said that my credit card didn’t have EMI option when I told them to close my insurance policy they said that I have to apply for Jumbo loan and whatever interest will occur for that loan they will wavier off in my account, even I tried for that option but there is no such facility available in my credit card. On 16th Jan’17 When I tried to call them to inform the same, they are not picking my calls, sometimes their numbers are switched off, sometimes not picking my calls, sometimes they are rejecting my calls while ringing.

I am not in a position to pay entire premium as a single payment(Rs.25, 000), Kindly consider this is an request and cancel my life insurance policy and return my amount to my credit card and also requesting you to avoid such kind of fraudulent activities from HDFC side, as we have so much faith on this company, these kind of activities will make you to lose customers on permanent basis.

Further, we had also received your confirmation via email sent by you on April 18, 2017 stating that your issue has been resolved and you would be continuing with the policy further. Incase, you have any further issues, kindly reply to the same Email Id from which the email was sent to you by us on March 29, 2017. We will have a look into it and would reply to you accordingly.
