Dear sir/madam,
I re-submitted maturity claim on 13th april, 2017 (2nd time) along with my all documents in kolkata dalhousy branch and meet several times so that i got my money (By transferring in bank a/c) but they did not give either any positive advice or my money. So what i should do, please say me.

Dear sir,
I have taken a hdfc life policy no GCPL[protected] on 21.02.2013.
Now I want to stop it & want back its surrender value Rs 42075/-as per table.
I am going to service deptt & customer care. no body is giving proper response.
Please arrange to sort out it immediately.
