HDFC Bank — Complaint regarding credit card

I am credit card holder of your bank. I got new credit card before 15 days. At that time i was told by your executive - name-deepak sharma from feroz gandhi market punjab ludh. That their are no chrages for making credit card as it is linked with my current acc of your bank and now they chrge me rs-880 some insurance charges. My currnt acc no-[protected]. Kindly look into this matter. My credit card is with name-shobin arora. My current acc name-satyam cycle industries.
