This complaint about employee name-Hitesh sadane from amravati and nitin who works in hdfc bank @nagpur.
I got called from your bank for personal loan and i am also ready to take the same . In this case they required some doc from me, same was said to priyanka who had called me for personal loan.priyanka send hitesh for to collect the doc.
When hitesh came to me i told hm to give me 5 min for xerox but he reply me dat he dont hav a much time for that and also he told me that how can you called me to collect the paper if you dont hav a copy. So i told him how can you speak like this with customer, he replied that he work like this only. Then i told him to go back bcoz of his rude behaviour. Then i called to priyanka who is in nagpur i told her how can you send this type of guys who dont know how to behave with customer then she had forwarded call to her senior named nitin who was also favouring that guy and he told me that we give the loan to more than 10 peaples like you.
My question is that if you are giving a loan more than 10 peoples in a day so why you had call me for the same.
I dont know why you people are doing a telecalling for loan, stop it.
Or else keep one board outside and right there dat your bank is giving a loan to more than 10 people and you dont required more customers.
I dont want a loan from You but it is my suggestion becoz your employees not having a guts to convience the customer.
I request you to please dont keep such kind of employee for healthy business
