This is to bring in your notice that i have purchased a health plan from hdfc life.
Application no received on my email is[protected] and received by message on my mobile is 90279055. I don’t understand why two different application numbers are provided.
It may please be noted that your executive mr. Dharmendra kumar (Mobile no – [protected]) has picked up the premium cheque from me and promised that the policy will be processed in the month of april 2016, so it may be considered for next financial year 2016-17 but the policy is having date of 31st march 2016. He brought mr rajesh kumar (Sdm corporate agency, pachim vihar branch) with him who explained about the hdfc life policy details. Mr rajesh kumar also confirmed that the policy will be processed in the month of april 2016, so it may be considered in next financial year 2016-17.
When cheque was required, mr dharmendra was calling me & my hr person continuously. Now when i am calling mr dharmendra & mr rajesh, they are not picking up the call. This shows a very simple reason that now customer is not important.
Also the following details are mentioned wrong on my policy.
1) residence address & pin code.
2) annual income
3) educational qualification
4) designation
5) nominee’s date of birth, residence address & pin code .
This is not acceptable, your organization is not from government sector. Therefore, we as a customer expect prompt response from your organization.
It was not a pleasant experience dealing with executives from your organization. So i just want to cancel the above mentioned policy & the premium amount should be sent back to me at the earliest.
