I have a senior citizen saving account no. [protected]. I was told at the bank that the minimum amount was rs 5000. I have maintained that amount and yet get smses sayng that my account is below the minimum - even though it has not been below rs 8000 plus in that period.
Even after i spoke to a relationhsip officer at the wanowrie branch in pune, i still got another sms saying that my balance had been below the minimum in july.
I wish i could say that i was surprised at this lack of inefficiency but unfortunately my previous experience of trying to settle a grievance has lowered my expectations of the level of hdfc services.
Please ensure that i do not get any more inapplicable messages in the future. Was this information helpful? |
