I have taken consumer durable loan hdfc bank no — [protected] as per the amortization shedule instalment should start from 20-/11/2018 and last end instalment on 20/8/2019 on emi scheme from my sbi account. But your bank collected one extra instalment on 20/9/2019 the amount2319.24 which i requested yuo to re fund the amount extra collected. As per my bank statement i have never missed any instalment which i have paid promptly

Updated by ramiseena I have registered an complaint on 15 may till it is not solved or no reply from u r side this is very bad
I[censored] didnt re fund extra collected mone thinking of going to consumer court
