Dear sir,

I have been offered a credit card by your hdfc bank ti cycle branch as a life time free card, after 6 months my card account has been debited rs 2500/- (Including gst). Towards annual fees.
I spoke to customer care no and they told the amount will get reversed in 7 working days. The case no [protected]. After ten days the amount not reversed, again i spoke to
The customer care they told within 4 days the amount will get reversed the case no is [protected], but the amount not reversed. Today i called the customer care they are telling
The amount will not be reversed. I request to reverse the amount and block the card.

Today One person named Satish called me, his phone no is [protected] regarding credit card annual fees reversal, He asked to go the HDFC bank TI cycle branch and from there he asked to call him,
I went to bank and from there I called him, he is disconnecting my call. Hence I came back.
