I have applied for credit card before 12 days and i have received message that your credit app has been approved for internal verification and your agent called me on Wednesday and say kindly come on out office with your addhar card but said to him my shift is from evening so i am unable to come in my office premises this time and i also said him come to my home and verify my docs but he cut my call and never called back. kindly help me

Updated by talinisar i have not receive any response kindly give me solution or return my docs. If i have not received any solution with 24 hours i will escalate this case with RBI team and ministry level
