[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Credit card bills and auto deduction

Ofus emi or any other emi it usually cuts my amount stating that and my unbilled status is not always updated only few payment it shows because of that i have to wait for full month bill summary which create issue when any refund amount credited but not shown on the card status its application mobile app does not work properly. Everytime recieved non sense advice of calling thier helpdesk while when i call they only give machine response i have never reached customer care. I hate these bank made autodeductions i want proper otp and all. Even my netflix amount got autodeducted sayng it was new facility with hdfc i dont consider it as facility.. And please deduct emi when i ask for it
