Hi,

I have my Salary Account in HDFC since 2012. Account No is [protected].
On 18th Jan, 2015 Rs. 1145/- has been deducted from my account with the transaction code " INTER-BRN CASH CHG INCL ST & EC 160116 ". I want to know why this has happened and that too without informing me.
I want my money back in my account. Please look into this matter asap.

    leave in november 3days (aprox)
    I complaint on 20january 2016 then after our manager told me he recieve mail from hr department informing that i got full salary for november that is why my full settlement has been delayed. I inform him i got only 8099 /- then he told i have to repay to hdfc bank 6000/- (aprox) then only i can get final settlement.
    My questions
    1. When did hr department get my document?
    2. Why did they inform me so late (after 65 days)?
    I am living without money. And taken debt to friend with promise that i will return soon after getting pf. I am jobless. I have option "cant do only die"
    My requests
    If really i got extra salary then debit to my salary account. It will go to negative balance when pf will come required payment will automaticaly deducted.

      Kindly note that my name is Ravin P. Oza. My credit card number as given on above.
      I used credit card facility since 5 years long. I have HDFC youngster Policy. My policy payment was through credit card from 02 years. But in December 2014 my last payment of Rs. 2148/- was not done through card. But in the same month I refuge autopay facility through card. Then on 09/01/2015 I paid advance to direct HDFC SL YOUNGSTAR SUPER PREMIUM Policy no. 15666627 through Cheque No. 105559 of Rs. 24000/- (12 Months). You can check with your staff also. I hereby attached Receipt no. A8846800 for this. Now your team force me to do payment to their credit card department also with same transaction. I gave my card payment already by alternate means. I confirm that card is still in my possession. Day by day yours amount occurs & now reaches 7268.94 INR including late fees, payment charges & etc...
      So now card is suspended & invalid for use. I send credit card disputes form many times. But regret to inform you that in the absence of a desirable response regarding clear the payment for this credit card. Then amount of Rs. 7530 as “HOLD FUND” was direct debit from my account. Beside of this doing you deduct Rs.940 also from my account without information. Pls credit my full payment against this soon.
      Also you put my name in the list of defaulters. Why should I pay to both sides for same? I have neither authorized nor participated in this transaction. Please waive all the charges that you put on it. Otherwise I would take legal recourse action under applicable sections of the law to seek redress for dues outstanding on credit card account. Last time I send dispute form on Sep-15. But there is no replay on it. I suffer from last 8-9 months on same issue. I gave my payment direct to consignee. Pls look into the matter soon & relief me as early as possible to active my card soon as I am your customer since long time. It is not acceptable from your side.

        Hi, I want to share the pain o[censored]sing HDFC CREDIT card with the readers to alert them. The customer Care of HDFC does not bother to answer the customer queries. I even reached the Principal Nodal officer, but none is bothered to look into customer issue.
        The customer Care cuts the call on face if they are not bothered to answer.
        The HDFC Credit Card customer service has degraded infinitely with time. A simple password reset is also not done properly, and they are unwilling to also give the proper bill details in query.
        I am going to drop the HDFC Credit Card service.
        NEW USERS PLEASE BE CAREFUL BEFORE TAKING HDFC CREDIT CARDS.

            I availed a personal loan (No : 3529465 ) from hdfc bank. I was prompt in repayment of dues. For the past three months, due to my personal problem i was unable to pay my due on date. Yet i managed to pay the dues within 10 days from the actual due date. But, hdfc bank sent agent to my home and started harassing me and my husband . My actual due date is 7th of every month. On december 2014 my emi bounced and a agent named mr. Kannan s came to my home and shouted like anything and spoke illegal words. I told him that i will pay day after tomorrow. He accepted and went from my home. The next day he came and started harassment. He saw my children and asked me " you know to [censored], but don't know to pay the money you owe". I don't know what i will do if you fail to pay within an hour. I was very much ashamed of this word and was about to commit suicide. But now living for my children. Hdfc bank collection agents are not gentle . They are very rude and don't know how to treat customers, especially lady customers.

              Hi Team,

              I had applied for a Gift card by netbanking through hdfc netbanking facility.The gift card didnt got delivered and then i applied for the cancellation and the refund of the amount from Gift Card .

              Its being a month already when the card got returned back still i didnt got the refund back.
              I have visited the nearest bank so many times.(KanjurMarg Huma, Mumbai Maharashtra)

                My Payment was rejected by VISA saying that there was a NETWORK error, and I was informed after 4 Days and there was no Communication from HDFC BANK CREDIT CARD regarding this. I have been charged LATE fee and Interest would also be charged. In such a hightech companies like VISA has a NETWORK ERROR for whole day and they reject the Payment. This is not acceptable. Plz do the necessary.

                  Hi, My name is Anil, I took credit card from HDFC bank and when i lost my card i have called customer care and update them the same and the same day itself cleared what ever amount said by customer care but after 3 months they have started calling me saying that some amount is pending and i asked them for some statement . After that they did not do any call for 2 months and again started asking same thing when will you pay the amount it will increase every month with adding interest if you are not paying, the interesting part is for the block card they are showing some amount asking me to pay with interest and they don't have any statement why it was pending. please help me how to proceed.                   Kindly respond as soon as possible
                  a guy called me and said he is calling from HDFC bank regarding this complaint and asked for my debit card details when i gave him my debit card number, he started asking for CVV. I just disconnected the call and called HDFC customer care to complaint about this, they said its a fraud call and will investigate.
                  I don't know, why i am not getting any response from Bank but regularly they are calling me. Please provide me some statements or please suggest your team not to call.

                        Hi...HDFC bank recently reduced reward point value for my credit card without even notifying me. Initially it was 400rs for 1000 reward points. Now it bacame 250 Rs for 1000 points. As i had reached out them they told me that it was reduced by considering market.This is too ridiculous "I should get What ever i had been assured"

                          There are wrong HDFC home LOAN account numbers reflecting in my CIBIL report.

                          I have never taken these home LOANs and when I raised a dispute with CIBIL regarding these account numbers, they say that HDFC bank has responded saying that these accounts are correct.

                          I have been chasing CIBIL from the past 2 months but still all efforts in vain. They keep replying with that same BS that they only update information provided by financial institutions.

                          Please note that I have been facing mental agony because of this and I am going to sue HDFC for this. You guys then decide whether it's CIBIL's fault or HDFC's fault.

                          I am also going to send this email to Aditya Puri (MD of HDFC bank).

                          Fed up of this CIBIL & HDFC.

                            I'm a customer of HDFC bank. My account was a salary account earlier and later it was moved to a normal account. I have been using this account for the past 5 yrs. Recently amount of Rs.858.75 was deducted as AMB CHRG INCL ST & CESS charges. I was making sure that I have maintain average monthly balance in my account every month. Without my knowledge, this much amount was deducted and I'm not sure on what basis they calculated this charge and without informing the customer how they are deducting like this?. Pls help me in getting my money back from the bank, ...any procedure I have to follow to raise a formal complaint anywhere ? My account no. is [protected].

                                      I have a HDFC account number : [protected]. 2 years back I was staying in one rental house. I had received a call from hdfc customer team and they told me that I can pay a BESCOM bill through HDFC. So then I updated my bescom account ID and set my account for manual payment. After that I used to pay bill and my friends and families bill through hdfc because that was a good feature. Now the HDFC changed manual payment option to autopay without informing me and they have deducted 5, 297.00. Rs.5297 is not my bill. Why the HDFC cheating this way without any notifications. This happened to my friends as well. They all are got shocked and started discussing about their money deduction. Requesting Consumer Complaint team to help me to get my money back. Some times I will add 4 to 5 bescom IDs to my account if they tell me to pay the bill. If hdfc changes this option to autopay without informing customers, do I need to pay all of their bills?
