Dear Sir/Madam!
I am happy to become a member of HDFC bank as since I received credit card and enjoying the a facilities provide by your bank through a c.card.
But due to some reason while registering email id (rishabh.[protected]@gmail.com) was erroneously seeded by your executive. It came to know me when I contacted to customer care dept because they told me different mail id which I had not given to you. Therefore I was failure to deposit the bill on time as your executive told me.
Now tell me where I m wrong if I will not receive any statement neither physically nor through mail how could I guess when I have to deposite the bill.
Kindly look into the matter and continue the all facilities I was getting by credit card.
