I have applied for credit card for HDFC and have received a call from customer executive and she told me about the good features like life time facility and other facilties. I have given all the document and signed all the necessary fields however I didn't notice that I have signed the auto payment option as well which she didn't told me at that point of time. Yesterday I have received verification call from her and have verified all the details and atlast she told me that there would an auto payment. I told her that I haven't opt for that but she kept on saying that she already told me. I felt cheated. I told her not to process however today I have received a sms that credit card application is approved. How they can do that, for their own incentivethey cheat customer like this by providing incomplete information.
Moreover I have also called customer service department however they are not approachable for those who are only applicant only provide services to credit card holders. From the number which I have received a call : [protected] Was this information helpful? |
