I was not interested in credit cards but HDFC convinced me to take a credit card stating it is life time free without any annual charges. After submitting all documents n getting credit card an HDFC employee called to explain the card benefits and also told that annual charge is applicable. When I asked them that I applied for credit card because I was told that there are no annual charge they don't have any answers to it. HDFC is unfit to sell a credit card promptly. They are mis-selling the product to increase there sales target. HDFC employees are unfit to even feed any email id correctly into there database.
