The worst service ever to get from any bank.customer service dont know wot they are doin, give wrong info and when u start chasing them they will hang up.managers dnt inform or update thier team.the manager will ask you to pay mini due and wil escalate and get back and assures that collection people will not visit ur house if the mini due is paid but stil collection people reach ur house donot trust d managers there. they wil breach d privacy discuss ur expense with neighbors, society members.then y dont u ask them to pay? even though people cant pay total due bt mini due is being paid u, they charge u the interest bt yet humilate u in ur society and let ppl know ur personal expeses call u a liar ..but they will stil send you email abt security and safe our accounts is with them where as they are the once who breach it by discussing with unwanted ppl..if any one offers to bank with hdfc pls run away..

I already emailed to cancel the credit card so many times but they ignored that matter & didn't even replied at once.
