HDFC Bank — Credit card | |||
I am using a HDFC Bank Credit Card for more than Three years now. I was told that i can use the card and can convert my transaction into Monthly EMI. But after my first transaction i was informed that this facility is not availaible on my card. Unfortunately due to some urgency i exhausted the limit on my card. When i asked the bank to convert the outstanding on my card into monthly EMI they again refused the same. I am paying the Minimum amount for last two years and now I am fed up of this. i have ask the bank to do a Complete settlement on the same by Paying 25 K and close this and again they have refused to do so.
