I have purchase some electronic on 16th march through hdfc cc and asked them not to convert into emi as i was ready to pay full amount so the customer care team confirmed that they will preclose emi and send bill for total amount. But i got first bill in emi. Once again i checked with customer care than they said they forget to put in system and they will do it for next time, so i said it was not my mistake you should done it before generating first bill as you have given confirmation to me but they said sorry now we can do not. I said this is not acceptable to me has i have informed everything on time and delay was from bank end. Still i am following with them and they are not giving any commitment and now their collection team is giving me threatening calls for non payment of two bills and when i bring complain about this to them they said we will see.
I really dont understand how to solve this and getting n number of calls daily.
Request you to please intervene and solve my issue.
