[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Credit card | |||
Sir/mam, I am Bhuvaneswari N, I have use the credit card number [protected], in this card, bank added one credit card insurance policy Rs.1299/_ and convert loan as 3 month EMI, without my knowledge. One month EMI Rs.427/_also auto paid. I contact customer care and one assist team, they take complaints. In lot of conversation they refund, half of the amount Rs.649/_. Now one assist team tell that you used one month policy, so we refund only half of the amount. Also they take loan service tax etc.. Without my knowledge, they added a policy, converted loan and take money. I used very small transaction in my credit card. I am middle class people. Kindly refund my money.
