Hello this shalini holding credit card number[protected] the customer executive has false claimed that no charges will be applicable even annual chargesb also he mentioned no need to pay and stated that its life time free, but
Today i. E, on 13/6/2017 i received a mail about payment of 572rs. Which i have to pay by 2/7/2017
Why i have to pay the amount if the executive as assured me as lifetime free
Called their customer service and mentioned everything about the details she just gave some nonsence reply and she dropped the call

Please look into this matter and i want my card to be closed without any charges

Complain appli no : [protected] : I received message of transaction my credit card account on 6-6-17 19.20.02 of rs 64.42 at Deezer. I have not done this transaction. I have blocked my card .. Please look & do needful for wrong transaction. CC No : [protected]
