[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — Credit card

I have received verification calls to my number. I have provided the details and i received message on my no stating:"dear applicant your hdfc bank credit card app refno [protected]s2 is approved in principal subject to internal subject:. On 21/05/2017
Again after few days i received another message stating: we have completed processing your hdfc bank credit card application ref#[protected]s2 on 02/06/2017.
After few days i received a message on my application tracker.
Status:- disapproved

Remarks:- a format of the copy of letter sent to you has been attached for your reference. Pls fulfill the requirement and respond to us for processing the application further. Thank you.
Also i did received a mail for address proof submission i have also sent my office address with attached documents to hdfc bank cards division

And also i received a message on my no stating: we are in receipt of your reprocess request for hdfc credit card and status will be communicated in 7 working days. On 08/06/2017.
Also i have submitted my office documents to hdfc bank executive at my door steps on 09/06/2017
And now again i received mail stating" we regret to inform you that we are unable to approve your application as it does not meet the above mentioned internal criteria of the bank." on 09/06/2017
So what the hell is this. I already wasted 10-15 days on it... For god sake tell me the reason so that peacefully i can choose credit card from some other bank rather than wasting my time on this.
If i am not eligible for credit card please put back my all document that i had been submitted to your executive.

i have received email stating it is being processed and also checked my status found it is in process. after a couple of days i received message stating the airway# and it will be reaching me on 27. thank you for taking this seriously.

i have received a response from you but that response doesnot suggest anything that proves me that credit card for which i have applied is in process rather my status remains the same even after submitting so many documents of my office address and along with that declaration form.
but still no response received, is this the way that you treat your customer.
being a such a big name and a brand among banks i never expected this kind of irresponsible behavior from you.
i have done whatever i was asked to do but still no response received. being a salaried person to your bank does not provide any preference to customer. either you gyus provide the credit card or send back my documents back to me.
i am totally defeated by hdfc bank . please do the needful

I am very disappointed, I had applied hdfc easyemi credit card via my login NetBanking.

I fill all the details and upload my documents and salary slip.Next morning I received message[protected] Your online Credit Card application DCC[protected] has been submitted and is subject to internal policies and guidelines. Our representative will get in touch with you soon for further processing of you application. Click here https://apply.hdfcbank.com/dapweb/TrackApplication to track the status of your application.--_[protected] then in afternoon I got a call from [protected] hdfc her name neelam she told me that your credit card is processed and your limit is 50k and it will dispatch with in 2 days then I relaxed...then i thought to check status of my credit ...I was shocked to that application decline without in msg or email they declined and before that they confirmed everything like credit limit.

I very upset during this lockdown I applied this card to release my burden but all in vain as I am their hdfc account holder customer they do like this. I need justification along with card.
