I have applied for hdfc bank credit card! On 21 of july! I have got application number and i have got executive call for verification and we did! After two days i have got one acknowledgement number [protected]w7 when iam trying to track the status it's not showing when i have tried to talk with customer service iam not getting any i've options number was [protected]!! Please track it! I just want to know! Please

If it's not approved please mention cause when iam trying to call hdfc customer care worst ever no such a ivr option to talk with representative! Iam going to village so i will unavailable to take it!!
If you tell me duration i will book tickets please reply! Can you tell me the ivr options to talk with customer service?? Please track it as soon as possible
