HDFC Bank — credit card

I have requested to hdfc bank credit card to kept on hold because iam leaving my house for 20days! But my plan was cancelled because i want credit card urgently! My application number cc32089786/ [protected]w7 was declined so i have tracked it! And got a letter in that so i will send my letter tomorrow with my application number please it's my humble request that start the processing of credit card pleae iam waiting alot

Today i wanted to apply in ipo appplication online thorugh net banking but message was showing your customer id is not allowed for this service my customer id is 8381954 name sanjay agarwal huf
kindly let me know for what reason i cant apply in ipo appliction
