I have requested for the cibil and credit card cancellation details. But your bank provided information about credit card cancellation reason.

Your first reply:

We take this opportunity to confirm that your request is under review and we will respond to you with details within 2 working days. We appreciate your patience in the interim.
2nd reply:
On receipt of your query, we have taken a detailed review and wish to re-affirm that your application has been reviewed in line with Bank's internal credit policy which is based on a combination of financial and related criteria. As informed earlier, the credit process includes a combination of address/telephone verifications, credit bureau reports and document verifications.
We deeply regret to inform you that we are unable to approve your application as it does not meet the above mentioned internal criteria of the bank. Please be assured that our inability to approve the credit card application does not reflect in anyway on your credit standing or your financial stability. We would be pleased to provide any other assistance/service that you may require.
I give up and i dont want to continue any relationship with this bank. I WILL JUST GO AHEAD AND CLOSE SALARY ACCOUNT.
Your support literally sucks just shut down your bank.
