I have been writing to close my account and i have submitted a complaint earlier also, i mentioned already in my emails that i want to discontinue this card as i have lost this card and not using it but hdfc guys never responded in an appropriate way. Than i payed all the due amount and now hdfc is still claiming another amount approx 280000 from me when i have not used that card, i asked your executive to call me back and let me know who and where my card has been used without my authorisation but he never responded back. Because of your carelessness somebody has used my card. Highly unprofessional.
