Hi,
I am a very patient man with patience no more. I need this to be escalated to the director's office. My name is akhilesh singh, i have been using your credit card for over two years. I have had nothing but problems.
This email i am writing to highlight how incompetent have your people been in resolving my issue.
In the month of my when i went to the rewards page it gave me the option to redeem my reward points as cash back and i did. Instead of you putting the cash back you sent me an end voucher. I called your customer service; the bloke was very helpful said don't worry if you don't use the reward points for 30 days it will expire and the reward points will be back in your account. This did not happen. So i called up and asked what happened, this time i spoke to dolly one of the managers in pune call center and she told me sir it takes 30 days after expiry and i was very upset coz with those points i could have got an oven which was for 8000 after 5000 rs worth of discount on sale. I still waited. I called you in july to tell you what you told me did not happen and i spoke to dolly again she said i will send an email and get that sorted. I waited for her to call back. After having to chase her multiple times she called me back to tell me that she is working on it and post which she never called inspite me asking for her about 20 times. Then i got to speak to rahul, shweta and madhavi all from the same office and all of them were incredibly irresponsible and incompetent.
In july i told dolly that i will not pay u till you sort my issue out as i was tired of calling and complaining g for over 2 months. I told her that i will not pay until you sort my issue out. She told me that sure sir, i will get this sorted in 48 hours. I told her that managers don't call back. She told that may be coz they did not get any update from the team that they emailed your query to. I asked her to keep updating me until the matter resolved after every 48 hours or whatever long they think it might take but give me a date. She assured and called the next day telling me to wait for 24 hours since then i am waiting for her 24 hours to get over. Not sure if she need to be gifted a watch that works.
Anyway, then i spoke to rahul. He seemed prompt he set the expectations and told me that he well call me in certain time and date due to his weekly offs and so he did; i was impressed. This, however, was intermittent post that interaction. He as well disappeared and i had to call him multiple times to get hold of him.
Shweta was who i spoke to in last week of august. She seemed understanding and i thought i was coming to the end of my problems as she confirmed that she will take care of the issues. She told me that by the 2nd/4th september my reward points will be put in my account, she will take care of the credit score issue as she i did not pay the bill totally due to your fault and she we agreed that she will arrange for an email to be sent to me apologizing for the messing up with account. I was so happy that i said ok, i will pay the bill then. She infact promised me that she will take care of the extra charges and advised me to wait until 5th september coz my bill was about to get created and she will call me back. Same story she did not call back either.
I called back again kept looking for rahul/shweta and had no help at all and rahul escalated this issue to madhavi. This time spoke to madhavi (The most arrogant and obnoxious person i have ever spoken to) she told me that its all my fault. She said that we will credit your account with the reward points but now each reward point will value 30paisa and not 80 which it originally did. I told her that this was loot and it is cheating. That was not fair. She told me that there is nothing she could do. I told her to either give that to me in writing that she cannot do anything about it or arrange for a call from the director. She told me that she will get that arranged in 48 hours. As expected no update for more than 3 days so i called again. Spoke to her and found out that she is still trying to work that out. The last when i spoke to her she told me that she will call me back with the update on my reward points and email that shweta promised to send. She also told me to make the payment. I did pay 60 thousand and i got a confermation from you that it was credited on the 19th september. I have been paying all my bills on time since then.
I am still waiting for her to call. Still waiting for the financial charges to be reversed. Still waiting for my reward points to be added. Assurance that nothing will go in my credit file (I have lost 25ponts in october due to this issue that you created if this is not resolved i will take you guys to the court). I am dealing with this matter for over 5 months and its a shame for a company as big as you to not have this resolved for me.
I am extremely disappointed in your service.
