[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — credit card

Dear sir/madam,

It is to inform you that i had requested for reversal of late payment charges to your representative. But every time your representative would promise me that the same would be reversed in your next bill, every time would be fulfilled by your agent/representative. Due to this, such late fee increased to rs. 9643.49 (Given below) which leads to creation o[censored]nnecessary liability on me.

So, it is my humble request through this letter that pls reversal those unnecessary charges that levied against the credit card bill as early as possible so that i can clear the all dues of credit card. I want to full & final settlement of this card. Following of the detail of my card:-

Dear sir, My name is N.SIVANNARAYANA my old credit expired Aug-2017 but newcard not delivered my address but it was generated in online.There was no use in online because the card number also i don't know .Please send my card registered my home address.
