I am an central government employee in gazetted ranking and i was approached by hdfc agent fora credit card. While filling the form he has told the card is life time free and no charges to be paid. On receipt of the card after a month i got statement from hdfc for initial charges to be paid. Immediately i had approached the agent and he was not available, next contacted hdfc customer service and informed about the charges and to be waived off. Again next month i got another bill with late payment fee and this is continuing from last 4 months and as on date the bill amount is 2511.00 in between i had contacted hdfc branch at chandra layout and through bank also lodged complaint in this regard. Still nothing has happened... So far i had not used the card itself. Please sort out this issue at the earliest... Card no ending with...2407
