My statement balance was near about 6000 on october when i paid 4000 to the credit card, that too via hdfc netbanking. But on november the statement balance is showing 7000. Why the wrong charges? Why the wrong statement balance. And with that comes the mental harassment of the call center workers! You want me to lodge a complaint or what? My credit card number is [protected] and the date when i paid 4000 via netbanking is 5 october 2017. Please resolve it asap.
