[Resolved] HDFC Bank — credit card

My self mani and my contact no [protected] i applied credit card in hdfc bank in 7th jan 2018 and after few days i recive a msg dear customer, we have received your application for credit card". Passcode for tele-verification is 727952. Please type tvw passcode and sms to 5676712 to process your application no"[protected]te. Passcode is valid for 2 hours. And i verified it successfully after few days one of bank excutive called me and asking about adress verification also i completed it. And after 16 days i check my application status it shows disapproved. Next day i am go to branch and i say my application status disapproved what is the reason to representative and he says write a letter to credit card manager is tja matter is please reprocess my application again

I just spoke to CC executive, they said, "dont send the reply this kind of SMS, this is just formality SMS.

I also Apply Credit Card and i get my application number And Referance Number. then i got 2 Messeage with passcode. but i check my Application status on Online there si show Now Record. And I connect to HDFC Credit Card Executive. He said your application is approved but when your card deliver. i dn't know. I am meny time check online my card status but i get allways No Record.
