I have made payment of rs.7206 agt. My policy number[protected] th. Hdfc credit card number [protected] on dt 06.02.2018 vide transaction ref. Number txhc5148561 but till not credited to lic they has not issued premium receipt to me till date now plz arrange to confirm about my premium payment of rs.7206 or plz recredited to my credit card account number [protected].

HDFC Bank Customer Care's response Dear Customer,

We have noted the concerns expressed in your post regarding the smart pay payment of Rs. 7, 206.00 towards M/s. Spay[protected] LIC of India dated 06/02/2018. We wish to clarify that smart pay payment will be debited as per the bill raised by the biller. Hence we request you to liase with the biller for premium receipt and further assistance.
