Sir i have hdfc credit card of limit 50000, Later i have settled it for an amount of 38500 on 15.03.2016 i have got my settlement copy also for that.But in my CIBIL it was showing as negative account&it was open and showing the balance amount of 16000 on my CIBIL So please resolve the issue.my settlement letter has attached.
