HDFC Bank is operating in a very unprofessional and unethical manner.
My Sister was given a Credit Card 3 years back and after so many months, Bank has sent a bill of 5500 rs as part of the activation & annual fee. Whereas, Credit Card is never used or activated by the customer yet.
Since one week, we are trying to reach out to the right department in HDFC with no help. We are being pushed from Branch to collection office to Customer Care.
Customer Care is not user friendly and not able to get hold of any Service agent to address this issue. Was this information helpful? |
