I haven't bought anything on EMIs, yet you collected a Rs.2440 "EMI" from me... Now you're going to charge me another EMI of Rs. 2440 on the 10th of November.
Raised like a dozen tickets about this but no one cares. Just automated replies - half-hearted resolution efforts... just doing script work.
Just visited the local branch and they said they don't have access to the "credit card" system!
Just wow!

I waited like an hour to get through to a call support resource who told me what was happening. It was a purchase I had made last year... but had paid a couple interim EMIs so this one appeared to be out of nowhere!
