This is pradeep kumar reddy and unfortunately i am a customer of hdfc bank (Salary account & credit card). This is the most pathetic day of my life when your representative (Xxxxxxx) called me for credit card payment. Could you please confirm how you train your representatives? Did your training team asks them to collect the payment from customer by irritating them like hell? Even a private finance organization will not behave like your collection department representatives definitely i challenge you openly on this issue.
Customer does not have a right to speak when your representative calls them? Straight away she was saying you do not have right to speak as you have missed your payment and already delayed, is this the way to speak to a customer? Really if the call is from recording line could you please listen to the call which i received today on my mobile (Xxxxxxx678) at 27/07/2017 11.16am and decide how your representatives are behaving to an old customer and you say i am a premium customer (Funny)
The most pathetic thing is when i request your representative to drop the call as i need to talk to customer care regarding this issue, she says definitely you can complain and no issues for me with your complaint before that tell me when you handover the cash for your card payment. After dropping the call immediately i was calling customer care and you don’t believe literally they made 13 missed calls in the span of 10 minutes when i am speaking to customer care. I attended the initial calls and tried to convey that i am trying to reach customer care and definitely will speak to you later but still they are irritating me with their rude behavior asking for immediate cash payment. Do you think the customer is a beggar or someone who resides on road side to speak like that without giving minimum respect? When i asked her to escalate the issue to next level so that i can speak to respective person, the reply was ‘’nothing doing i need cash immediately (In tamil)’’ don’t you have any rules in hdfc bank? Did she gave money from her pocket to demand like that? Please, please, please just listen to that recording conversation once for god’s sake…..
I agree and accept that there is a delay in my card payment and i have not even made the minimum due as well due to some financial constraints but could you please take out the list of transactions i have made on my credit card ending with xxxx xxxx xxxx 3160 and the interest which i have paid on my credit card to hdfc bank in last 7 years? Also my salary which got credited in to hdfc bank from past 6 years?
Finally for just 2lakhs payment, you are treating your customer like a xxxxxxxxx (I can’t explain in words) and also this is not the first time i have seen this behavior from hdfc, this is the 3rd time i have faced this kind of behavior. I know that hdfc is an reputated organization but due to this kind of behavior from collection department mainly from credit cards the organization’s reputation is getting spoiled and losing the customer faith on your bank. Due to this kind of awkward behavior i made a decision to change my salary account to some other bank from hdfc.
Please consider this from customer perspective and at least try to stop irritating the remaining customers especially who are in some bad financial situations. Definitely i will not recommend hdfc to anyone from now onwards either it is savings or loans or credit cards whatever it is. Actually i feel like circulating the recorded call in social media to get awareness to public like how people behave from collection department especially from hdfc and stay away from any of the credit cards. But i have minimum ethics as a customer which your representatives do not know the meaning of that…. Was this information helpful? |
